• Shipping & Returns


    We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the continental United States.

    All orders placed Monday - Friday before will be processed within 3-4 weeks.

    Your transaction will be processed once we have confirmed product availability, and received credit authorization. Please note that your order will be shipped only once payment and delivery details have been approved.

    All domestic orders are shipped using UPS, Fedex, DHL or USPS and insured for the value of goods. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Transit time estimates do not include weekends or holidays and we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We are not responsible for unanticipated delays due to conditions such as weather or air travel delays


    We do not currently offer international shipping.


    We offer returns for online orders! We gladly accept unused furniture within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. 

    Returns are easy! Just reach out to us at info@nephew.furniture and we will begin processing your return.


    Each year starting from Thanksgiving through Jan 1st we will extend all purchases to be refunded or exchanged by Jan 20th.


    Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

    Nephew merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
